Covid-19 Response and Management Bill Proposed by Academic Staff at the University of Nairobi

Attached, please see the Draft Covid19 Response and Management Bill, submitted to the Cabinet Secretary for Health, as Chair of the National Emergency Response Committee (NERC) and to the Attorney General of Kenya by the Vice Chancellor. It was prepared by Academic Staff at the School of Law, CASELAP, and School of Medicine as their contribution to the national effort and response to the Covid19 pandemic.
